Job Title: General Laborer 

Location: Randolph VT

Job Type: Seasonal Part-Time (30–40 hours/week) with opportunity for more

Job Overview:

We are looking for a hardworking, dependable crew member to assist with tree removal, land clearing, and excavation projects. This is a hands-on, physical position working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with tree removal, trimming, and cleanup

  • Operate or help operate equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and excavation machinery (training provided if needed)

  • Load and haul debris, logs, and materials

  • Maintain tools and equipment

  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

  • Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently

Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

  • Ability to perform physically demanding labor (lifting, climbing, working on uneven terrain)

  • Willingness to learn and take direction

  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)

  • Experience in tree work, landscaping, or construction is a plus, but not required
